An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is needed whenever a property is built, sold or rented.
Before marketing your property for sale or rent it is now essential to have a current Energy Performance Certificate to show potential buyers and tenants.
If you are considering selling or renting out a property,why not give us a call
and we can arrange a visit to your property at a time convenient to you. The time taken to complete a survey depends purely on the appartment size, as a general rule anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour.
We would then produce a colourful comprehesive
document (EPC) within 48 hours, which can be emailed directly to you or the agent acting on your behalf.
Your EPC is currently valid for a period of 10 years from the date of issue.

Please be reminded: If you’re buying a property the
person selling the house must provide your solicitor with a valid Energy Performance Certificate. If you are renting then the landlord or the letting agent must show you the EPC.
